Your form entries

We use these details to manage access to guest Wi-Fi and record your separate SMS preference. After you accept the Wi-Fi terms and submit, this site stores your name, mobile number, language, submission time, and separate SMS choice with the disclosure version. A short-lived session lets this browser view the Wi-Fi details. No IP address or device fingerprint is recorded by this form.

Registration records and the Wi-Fi password are stored server-side in the site’s database, encrypted at rest by the hosting platform. The hosting service may process technical request data. Browser translation is managed by your browser and its privacy settings.

MCG is responsible for the personal data collected through this guest Wi-Fi registration form. For privacy questions or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact contact@mcgrowth.tech.

Data retention

The planned retention period for names, mobile numbers and their associated registration and SMS-choice records is 90 days from submission. Automatic deletion is not yet active, so records may remain stored beyond that period until the deletion process is enabled. To request deletion, email contact@mcgrowth.tech.

You can ask our team for guest Wi-Fi access without registering, including if you are a minor or do not have a phone.

Optional SMS terms

Promotional SMS consent is separate and optional. The checkbox choice and disclosure version are recorded, but no messaging provider is connected and no messages are sent from this form.

By checking this separate box, I agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Romeo and Juliet Colombian Coffee at the mobile number provided. Consent is not required to use guest Wi-Fi or make a purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

If promotional enrollment becomes available, the sender, support contact, message frequency, data handling, and opt-out instructions must be provided before enrollment. STOP and HELP in the disclosure describe the intended messaging program; they are not commands you can send through this page.

Guest Wi-Fi terms

The selected network is ROUTER02-2G. After a valid registration, this page shows its configured password. Open your device’s Wi-Fi settings to join the network. This page does not configure the router or authorize a captive-portal network session.

Use guest Wi-Fi lawfully and respect other guests and the café’s systems. Availability and speed may vary. Contact the café team if you need help or cannot use the registration form.

Receiving promotional SMS is optional and is not a condition of guest Wi-Fi access or a purchase.
